复合微生物制剂对拜城油鸡种鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、孵化性能及机体抗氧化性能的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究不同剂量复合微生物制剂对拜城油鸡种母鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、孵化性能和抗氧化性能的影响。试验选取1 000只48周龄拜城油鸡种母鸡,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复50只鸡。试验鸡饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在饮水中添加670 mg/kg、500 mg/kg、400 mg/kg复合微生物制剂,试验期70 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,各试验组合格种蛋率极显著提高(P<0.01),畸形蛋率极显著降低(P<0.01),平均蛋重、产蛋率和料蛋比均有改善趋势,其中试验Ⅰ组与对照组相比有极显著差异(P<0.01);(2)各试验组蛋壳厚度、哈氏单位、蛋白高度及蛋黄比例均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组优于其他两组(P>0.05);(3)试验Ⅱ组受精率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各试验组受精蛋孵化率和健雏率均优于对照组(P>0.05);(4)各试验组T-AOC和GSH-Px活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组MDA含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),SOD活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上,复合微生物制剂饮水可以显著提高拜城油鸡种鸡的产蛋性能、蛋品质、受精率和抗氧化性能,添加量以500 mg/kg为宜。

Effects of Compound Microbial Preparation on Laying Performance,Egg Quality,Hatchability and Antioxidant Properties in Baicheng You Breeder Hens

Abstract:The purpose of this experiment was to reveal the effects of different doses of compound microbial preparation on laying performance, egg quality, hatchability and antioxidant properties of Baicheng You breeder hens. One thousand Baicheng You breeder hens at 48 weeks of age were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and50 chickens per replicate. The compound microbial preparation was diluted to 1 500-fold, 2 000-fold and 2 500-fold and added to the drinking water of group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, respectively. The period of the experiment lasted for 70 days. The results showed that:(1) Compared with the control group, the qualified egg rate of experimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.01), and the abnormal egg rate was significantly decreased(P<0.01), the average egg weight, egg production rate and feed/egg ratio were improved, and there was significant difference between groupⅠand the control group(P<0.01).(2) The egg shell thickness, Haugh unit, protein height and yolk ratio of the experimental groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), and group Ⅱ was better than the other two groups(P>0.05).(3) The fertilization rate of group Ⅱ was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The hatchability rate of fertilized eggs and the rate of healthy chicken in the experimental groups were better than those in the control group(P>0.05).(4) The activity of T-AOC and GSH-Px in the experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);MDA content in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the activity of SOD was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). It′s concluded that compound microbial preparation added in drinking water could significantly improve the egg laying rate, egg quality, fertilization rate and antioxidant properties of Baicheng You breeder hens, and the suitable dosage was 500 mg/kg in drinking water.
