| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the problems concerning the management of talents in agricultural science and technology research organizations in our country. To ensure the healthy development of the construction of agricultural science and technology research troop,the paper points out that we must gain a new insight into the present talent management system,and that according to human-oriented management concept,we must make full use of all kinds of human resources. |
