林用电控柴油机共轨管压力波动研究

摘    要:现代柴油机技术中,共轨式电控柴油机在降低排放、提高汽车发动机性能方面是最有效的。燃油供给系统的喷油规律会对发动机的性能有重要的影响,而共轨喷射系统中的动态压力波动会直接影响到系统的喷油规律。本文以AVL公司的HYDSIM软件为仿真工具,建立了高压共轨系统模型,分析了共轨系统各种因素对轨内压力波动产生的影响,引入了设定参数以分析结构因素对压力波动产生的影响。
