摘    要:连续2 a采集白鲜皮样品,采用加热回流法提取白鲜皮中的黄柏酮和梣酮,通过高效液相色谱法测定其质量分数。结果表明:白鲜皮中黄柏酮和梣酮累积量,均与生长年限呈正相关,同一种成分的年变化基本相同。黄柏酮与梣酮的年变化规律差异较大,2种成分在一个生育期的不同生长阶段,积累量差异显著;果期的黄柏酮和花期的梣酮累积量最大。白鲜春季或秋季采收均可,3年生以上的适宜采收。

Abstract:We extracted obacunone and fraxinellone in Dictamni Cortex collected in two consecutive years by the heating reflux method, and determined their content by HPLC.The accumulation of obacunone and fraxinellone in Dictamni Cortex was positive correlated with the growth age, and annual variation of the same component above mentioned is almost the same. Annual change pattern of obacunone and fraxinellone in Dictamni Cortex was more different, and the accumulation of two components in different growth stages of the same growth period was significantly different.The accumulation of obacunone in fruit and fraxinellone in flowering was the highest.Dictamni Cortex can be harvested in spring or autumn and one of three-year old or more is suitable to harvest.
