| 摘 要： | 四川白鹅10只,一次口服SD胶囊100mg/kg,血药浓度测定用Annino法显色,用分光光度计测定,波长为550nm.动力学参数:半衰期为5.44小时,峰时为2.5小时,峰值为8.38mg%,血液中有效浓度维持时间为6.54小时.

| Abstract: | Pharmacokinetics of sulfadiazine was studied in healthy fourth-month goslings. A single oral dose of 100/kg of the drug was administered. Blood samples were collected at 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 hours. The samples were analyzed chemically (spectrophotometric assay) by the Annino method. The data were in accordance with one-compartment open model with first order absorption. The main kinetic parameters of sulfadiazine were determined. |
