绿豆农艺性状的遗传多样性分析

摘    要:通过对26份绿豆种质资源的7个农艺性状的遗传多样性分析,结果表明,绿豆种质资源遗传变异丰富,节数和荚长的多样性指数最高,为1.94,株高的多样性指数最低,为1.71。基于农艺性状的聚类分析把26份种质分为4大组群,其中,第二组群的012-7这份种质的单株荚数和单株粒重是所有参试材料中最高的,属于丰产型种质,应作为绿豆杂交育种的亲本加以重点利用。

Abstract:The genetic diversity of 7 agronomic traits was assessed in 26 mung bean germplasm.The results showed that: The diversity index of number of node and pod length were the highest with the number of 1.94,while that of stem height was the lowest,with the number of 1.71.Based on the agronomic data,26 mung bean accessions were clustered into 4 groups,the character of pod number and yield per plant of 012-7 were the highest in 4 groups,should be used as focus accession in crossbreeding of mung bean.
