| 摘 要： | 通过建立一种同时检测3个位点（MCW0083、MCW0037、LEI0166）的多重PCR方法,在同一样品中同时扩增这3个微卫星位点。混合扩增产物与各位点单引物PCR法扩增产物进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测,用BandScan软件分析各微卫星位点的等位基因大小。多重PCR方法扩增出的DNA片段与单PCR扩增的结果表明,每个个体标记等位基因的片段大小差异不大,初步认为该方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | Through building a kind of multiplex PCR method that can test 3 sites(MCW0083,MCW0037,LEI0166) at the same time,3 microsatellite sites are amplified in the same sample at the same time.Muli-amplified products and single primer products are tested by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,and allele size was analyzed with BandScan software.The results of DNA fragments amplified by multiplex PCR show that the difference of allele size of each marker is not significant,this method is primarily feasible. |
