上蔟环境与蚕茧物理性状的研究

摘    要:蚕在高温多湿的环境中营茧,茧丝静剥离抵抗大,茧色黄而深浓,茧层丝胶在热水中的初期溶解率低,DSC曲线上的吸热分解峰在高温侧出现,且吸热峰强度大而陡,茧层丝胶分子中存在着β结构和无(?)卷曲结构.而在适温适湿的环境中营茧,外观形质好.茧层丝胶分子为无规卷曲结构.试验证明,家茧解舒的恶化是由于茧层丝胶分子结构变化所致.

Abstract:This paper studied the relation between silkworm spinning conditions and cocoon physical properties. The results showed that when silkworms spinned in conditions with high temperature and humidity, the stripping resistance of filament to the cocoon layer was strong, cocoon color became yellow, initial dissolution rale of cocoon shell scricin in hot water was low and the absorption peak of DSC curve appeared with high temperature. It was recongnizcd that there were some β structure besides randomly coiled structure in liquid scricin. However, when silkworms cocooncd in normal temperature and humidity, the cocoon shapes and sizes were even and there existed only randomly coiled structure in liquid scricin. This experiment also proved that low rcclabilitics of" cocoon were caused by changes of molecular structure in scricin.
