胡瓜钝绥螨对比哈小爪螨捕食作用的研究

摘    要:研究了天敌捕食螨—胡瓜钝绥螨雌螨(Neoseiulus cucumeris)在不同温度条件下对枇杷上的害螨—比哈小爪螨(Oligonychus biharen)的若螨、雌螨、雄螨的功能反应和胡瓜钝绥螨以比哈小爪螨雌螨为猎物对自身密度的功能反应(干扰反应)。结果表明,在14~33℃胡瓜钝绥螨雌螨均能捕食比哈小爪螨若螨,日最大捕食量为3~6只;14~26℃随着温度上升,胡瓜钝绥螨雌螨对比哈小爪螨的捕食能力逐渐增强,(25±1)℃达最高值(a'/Th=9.3785),30℃后捕食能力逐渐减弱;(25±1)℃条件下胡瓜钝绥螨雌螨对比哈小爪螨雌螨的瞬时猎物发现率(a')>对比哈小爪螨雄螨>对比哈小爪螨若螨,对比哈小爪螨的控制能力依次是对若螨>雄螨>雌螨;干扰反应的研究表明,14~33℃,胡瓜钝绥螨雌螨对比哈小爪螨雌螨的捕食量随着自身密度的增加而下降呈直线相关关系。

Studies on the killing effect of predatory of Neoseiulus cucumeris on Oligonychus biharen
Abstract:The function response of female Neoseiulus cucumeris preying female,male or nymph of Oligonychus biharen and the numeral response of N.cucumeris under different temperature conditions were studied.The result showed that:1.The females of N.cucumeris were observed to feed nymph of O.biharen Under 14 to 33 ℃ temperature conditions,the maximum number of the daily preying of N.cucumeri adults to the nymph of O.biharen was 3 to 6 mites;2.The suppressing ability of female N.cucumeri to the female of O.biharen increased with the temperature from 14 to 26 ℃,the highest was observed at(25±1) ℃(a'/Th =9.378 5)and decreased with the temperature after 30 ℃;3.The rate of attacking of female N.cucumersi to the female O.biharen>male O.biharen>nymph O.biharen under(25±1) ℃ temperature condition;4.Preying of female N.cucumeris to the female O.biharen decreased with the increase of population density of female N.cucumrsis from14 ℃ to 33 ℃.The above results indicate that N.cucumerisi is a bio-control agent to controlling pest mites of O.biharen in loquat orchard in the last-Autumn to early spring season.。
