| 摘 要： | 研究了中华绒螯蟹（Erocheir sinensis),工厂化育苗期间沉淀池水,培育池水和蟹苗体内的异养菌暨弧菌（Vibrio)数量的变化与优势菌株属的组成,以及细菌数量的变化与消毒剂,COD,总氨氮,pH值等环境因子的关系,结果表明,育苗水中细菌繁殖速度快,细菌属的组成较简单,弧菌属为优势属,其出现频次占45％,异养细菌的数量与COD和总氨氮含量呈正相关,与pH值呈负相关。

| Abstract: | Changes in numbers of heterotrophic bacteria, and Vibrio in water in a sinking tank,nursery water and larval Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) had beed studied during theperiod of industrial seedlings. The investigation was carried out on the bacterium composition ofthe dominant bacterial strains, the relation between change in numbers of bacteria and environ-mental factors such as disinfectant, COD, NH4-N, pH value and so on. The results showedthat the reproductive rate of the bacteria in water was great, the bacterial composition was sim-ple. Vibrio were dominant species with incidence of 45% . The number of heterotrophic bacteriawas positively related with COD content and NH4 - N concentration, but negatively with pHvalue. |
