摘    要:以网纹甜瓜为研究对象,通过叶面喷施蔗糖基聚合物,探讨其对网纹甜瓜叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响.结果表明,经蔗糖基聚合物处理的网纹甜瓜叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性都得到了不同程度的提高,对植株的抗逆、抗病方面十分有利.

Abstract:Muskmelon was sprayed by sucrose-based polymers with concentration of 0.3% to study the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) in the leaves.The results showed that sucrose-based polymers could enhance the activities of SOD,CAT and POD,which had remarkable benefit to improve adverse circumstances and disease resistance of muskmelon.
