蚕蛹分离蛋白制备及深加工现状与展望

摘    要:综述了十年来蚕蛹蛋白质深度加工和应用方面的进展.对以蚕蛹制备蚕蛹分离蛋白,蚕蛹分离蛋白与粘胶共混制造粘胶蛋白丝;经氧化脱色、酰化修饰和喷雾干燥,褐色蚕蛹分离蛋白转变成白色或浅色的产品;硫酸水解法分解蚕蛹分离蛋白制备蚕蛹复合氨基酸;酶水解则制备蚕蛹肽产品;微生物转谷氨酰胺酶(MTGase)改造蚕蛹肽等进行了展望.

Abstract:It was summarized that preparation and intensively processed actuality and expectation about separated silkworm protein during about ten years. It was that preparation the separated protein from silkworm , and therefore making a toranomer-protein silk by mix of the protein with toranomer liquid,. A white protein power was obtained while the brown protein was treated by oxo-discolor, and finishing with acetylization and spraying dye orderly. The compound amino acid or silkworm peptide or the modified peptide was made respectively by the acid or enzyme hydrolyzation or MTGase crossing.
