| 摘 要： | 2009年1月吉林农业大学动物科学技术学院收治1只雌性凯利蓝梗病犬，通过一系列检查诊断为小肠肿瘤。实施手术，切除空肠中段一直径约10cm外生性生长的形态不规则肿瘤。肿瘤无包膜，较坚实，切面呈肌肉样外观。病理切片发现肿瘤大部分为平滑肌构成，但肌细胞失去原有的梭形形态，细胞核大小不等，形态多样，染色质粗糙，核分裂像多见。最终确诊为空肠的平滑肌肉瘤。

| Abstract: | A female Kerry blue terrier was sent to our animal hospital, and was diagnosed enteric tumor by a series of detection.The tumor was cut off by operation.The diameter of tumor was about 10cm,and the shape was irregular.The tumor,which was located at middle of the jejunum,was exophytic growth,solid and had no peplos.The incisal surface showed muscle appearance.The pathological section observation showed that the tumor was mainly composed of smooth muscle.But, the smooth muscle cell was not still spindle form,the karyon displayed different sizes and different forms.Also,the chromatin was rough,karyokinesis was seen commonly.The disease was diagnosed jejunal leiomyosarcoma at last. |
