盐胁迫下绿豆幼苗渗透调节物质和抗氧化酶活性研究

摘    要:利用不同浓度NaCl溶液处理绿豆幼苗,研究在盐胁迫下绿豆幼苗渗透调节物质(脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白)和抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT和POD)活性变化。结果表明:随着盐处理时间的延长和浓度的增加,脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白都呈不同程度的上升趋势,且淀粉含量呈下降趋势;SOD、CAT和POD活性也比对照有明显的增加。对胁迫下的丙二醛(MDA)和电导率进行测定发现,随着盐浓度的增加和时间延长,二者均比对照显著提高。这些结果说明绿豆幼苗对盐胁迫有一定的抗性。

Abstract:The seedlings of Vigna radiata L.was used as experimental material to study the changes of osmoregulatory substances and abtioxidant enzyme activity under different NaCl concentrations.The results showed that along with the increase of NaCl concentration and the prolong of treating time,Pro content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content increased,and amylum content decreased.The activitives of SOD,CAT and POD increased distinctly under NaCl stress.Furthermore,MDA content and membrane permeability increased significantly.This indicated that the seedlings of Vigna radiata L.were tolerant to NaCl stress to a certain extent.
