摘    要:通过对新疆农一师九团栽植5年树龄的红枣进行光合特性与水分利用效率日变化研究。结果表明:枣树叶片的Pn、Tr、Gs在日变化过程中均呈单峰曲线,但峰值出现的时间并不一致。峰值分别为21.2μmol.m-2.s-1、4.33 mmol.m-2.s-1、286.5mol.m-2.s-1,出现的时间为13:00、13:00和11:00。Ci的日变化曲线基本与Pn相反,9:00开始降低,11:00左右达到最低值,而Ls的日变化曲线基本与Pn相同,当Ci升高时Ls降低。WUE最高值为5.37μmolCO2.mmol-1H2O,出现在上午9:00,此后随着蒸腾速率的持续上升,水分利用效率开始下降。

Abstract:The variations of photosynthetic characteristics and water use efficiency of Zizyphus jujube in 9 Mission of the first farming army of Xingjiang were studied. The results showed that diurnal variations of Pn , Tr and Gs of Zizyphus jujube leaves all took on a curve with one summit, but the emerging time of summit was different. Summit of Pn was 21.2 μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1), summit of Tr was 4.33 mmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1), summit of Gs was 286.5 mol·m~(-2)·s~(-1), and their emerging time each was 13:00 Pm, 13:00 Pm and 11:00 Am. The curve of diurnal variations of Ci was contrary to Pn, it began decreasing at 9:00 Am and reached low at 11:00 Am, but the curve of diurnal variations of Ls was same to Pn. When Ci was increasing, Ls was decreasing. The summit of WUE was 5.37 μmol CO_2·mmol~(-1)H_2O, it emerged at 9:00 Am. After this, WUE began decreasing with Tr increasing.
