电子流诱发蚕豆和大麦根尖细胞染色体畸变效应的研究

摘    要:采用ZR81-7型电子流育种仪,产生高压(10kV)微电流(0.8mA)直流脉冲处理植物种胚。结果表明:电子流与γ射线、X射线一样,能诱发细胞染色体畸变,出现染色体桥,染色体断片,染色体粘连,环状染色体,以及微核等。根据染色体畸变率,电子流9—10秒处理,相当于~(137)Csγ射线23.2kR的处理效果;电子流12—15秒处理,相当于~(137)Csγ射线32.6kR的处理效果。

CHROMOSOME ABERRATION IN ROOT TIP CELLS OF BROAD BEAN AND BARLEY INDUCED BY ELECTRON STREAM
Abstract:The cell chromosome aberrations were found in the seeds of broad bean and barley which were treated by electron stream.The aberrations included chromosome bridge,chromosome fragment,chromosomal adherence,ring chromosome,micronuclei etc.There was a positive linear correlation between the micronuclei rate in root tip cells and the aberration rate.The electron stream of 9-10 sencoads had the effect comparable to 23.2 krad of 137Csγray and 12-15 second treatment compa rable to 32.6 krad of 137Csγray on the basis of the chromosome aberration rate.
