| 摘 要： | 研究体外成熟时间对沼泽型水牛卵母细胞核质成熟的影响。试验对比了24 h、25h、26 h2、7 h的成熟时间对卵母细胞第一极体排出率及体外受精后卵裂的影响。结果表明,在至少24 h之内大部分水牛卵母细胞就已经完成了完全的核质成熟。

| Abstract: | The aim of this study was investigation of the effect of IVM duration on swamp buffalo oocytes maturation. In experiment 1, polar body ratio of IVM time were compared at 24,25,26,27 h. In experiment 2, the cleavage rate of IVM time were compared at 24,25,26,27 h. The result showed that majority of swamp buffalo oocytes accomplished maturation completely less than 24 h. |
