| Abstract: | Through investigating New Community Movement in South Korea,the article analyzed the connotation,history backdrop,government policy,course and advanced conception of New Community Movement in South Korea.By comparing with the experience and method of new rural construction of Heilongjiang province,the vital significance and enlightenment function of New Community Movement in South Korea were demonstrated to provide theoretical basis of new rural construction in Heilongjiang province. |
