珍珠豆型花生品种遗传差异的SSR标记分析

摘    要:为了了解珍珠豆型花生品种的遗传差异,为今后花生新品种选育提供参考,利用19对SSR标记引物对20个来源广泛的珍珠豆型花生品种进行了遗传差异分析。结果表明,有7对标记引物扩增出多态性,在20个品种间共检测到24个多态性等位点,每对引物分别检测出3~6个等位点变异,平均为3.43个,7个标记的多态性信息含量(PIC)在0.335~0.725;品种间的遗传相似性系数在0.000~1.000,协抗青、608、新会小粒、印尼花生和ICGV95440等5个品种与大多数品种之间的遗传相似性系数小于0.5,粤油114、仲恺花1号、桂花20、湛油50、粤油7号、粤油223、汕油523、梧油8号、湖北小花生、汕油21、汕油71、泉花627、天府13等13个品种间的遗传相似性系数则普遍大于0.5;遗传相似性聚类分析表明,以0.476为阈值,20个品种可聚为3类。

Abstract:The genetic difference among 20 cultivars of var.vulgaris Harz in Arachis hypogaea L.were analyzed with 19 SSR markers.The results were as follows:7 SSR loci were polymorphism;Total 24 alleles were revealed among 20 cultivars and 3-6 alleles were detected by one SSR marker with the average of 3.43 alleles;The polymorphism information content(PIC) of 7 SSR markers varied from 0.335 to 0.725.The genetic similarities(GS) among 20 cultivars ranged from 0.000 to 1.000;The GS between 5 cultivars(Xiekangqing,608,Xinhuixiaoli,Indonesia cultivar and IGCV95440) and the others were lower than 0.5 while the GS among 13 cultivars(Yue-you114,Zhongkaihua No.1,Guihua20,Zhanyou50,Yueyou No.7,Yueyou223,Shanyou523,Wuyou No.8,Hubeixiaohuasheng,Shanyou21,Shanyou71,Quanhua627 and Tianfu13) were more than 0.5;Twenty cultivars tested could be classified into 3 groups based on GS with clustering analysis.
