马铃薯还原糖含量测定方法的比较研究

摘    要:用3种不同的3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法测定不同马铃薯品种块茎中还原糖含量,结果表明:方法二的准确性和精密性均好于其余2种方法,且操作简便。

Abstract:Three kinds of different methods of 3,5-dinitrosalicylic Acid(DNS) were used to analyze the content of reduced sugar of potato with spectrophotmetry.The results showed that the accuracy and precision of the second method was better than the other two methods,and also,it was more convenient.
