有机蔬菜质量控制及可追溯体系研究综述

摘    要:近年来,农产品的质量安全问题,引起了众多学者的关注。在目前大力倡导绿色农产品的前提下,有机农产品慢慢进入人们的生活,其日渐完善的质量控制体系正是保证有机农产品能够在当前的食品质量安全中脱颖而出的原因所在。本文将从宏观层面、框架搭建以及实施角度对有机农产品特别是有机蔬菜的质量控制管理研究中的相关文献做以初步的综述分析,重点介绍有机蔬菜的可追溯体系的研究现状,以期对有机农产品(蔬菜)的质量控制管理作一基本评估。

Abstract:In recent year,the safety and quality of agricultural products has caused many scholars' attention.Nowadays,the organic agricultural products come to people's life with the development of green agricultural products.The gradually improved quality control system of organic agricultural products was the reason why they stood out of the crisis of food quality problems.The quality system of organic agricultural products especially organic vegetables was reviewed in the paper from macro-level,frame structure and implementation.Current Situation of organic vegetables was briefly introduced in the paper to assess basically the quality control of organic agricultural products(vegetables).
