| 摘 要： | 目的]为综合开发利用云南省红河州丰富的八角茴香资源提供理论基础。方法]采用硅胶、凝胶、MCI等分离材料进行柱层析分离,用有机波谱学的方法进行结构鉴定,研究了八角茴香的化学成分。结果]从八角茴香正丁醇浸膏中分离得到8个化合物,分别为木樨草素、木樨草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、（＋）-儿茶素、gallocatechin、香草酸、3,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸、4-羟基苯甲酸和β-谷甾醇、胡萝卜苷。结论]从八角茴香中首次分离得到木樨草素、木樨草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、（＋）-儿茶素、gallocatechin。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to provide theoretical basis for explore and utilize abundant Illicium verum resources in Honghe of Yunnan Province. Method] Column chromatography isolation was carried out by using silica gel,gel and MCI,the structure was identified with spectroscopy in organic chemistry,and the chemical constituents were studied. Result] Eight known conpounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as Luteolin,Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,Catechin,Gallocatechin,Vanillic acid,3,4-dimethoxy-benzoic acid,4-hydroxy-benzoic acid and Daucosterol respectively,based on their spectral datum and comparison with the literatures reported. Conclusion]Luteolin,Luteolin-7-O-β-D glucoside,catechin,gallocatechin were isolated from Illicium veruny for the first time. |
