摘    要:利用有限元方法对本田节能车车架进行静态强度以及运动学仿真分析,运用三维软件Pro/E建立车架CAD模型,通过工程分析软件ANSYS对其进行静态强度分析,获得车架的变形量和强度载荷,检验车架的结构是否合理,并为其改进提供依据。通过改进,在原有基础上尽量符合轻量化的要求,使车架既能满足使用要求又尽量减轻质量,对提高成绩有很大帮助。根据电脑仿真分析的结果,在施加相应载荷的条件下,车架的变形仅为0.3 mm,最大应力为23 MPa,所选材料完全能满足设计及使用要求。经过优化后的车架变形仅为0.08 mm,最大应力仅为15.7 MPa。

Abstract:The static strength analysis and kinematics modal analysis of the frame were discussed based on Finite Element Theory. First, the CAD model of the frame was set up by three-dimension plot software Pre/E, then the static strength analysis and kinematic modal analysis were made by engineering analysis software ANSYS. Finally, the deformation value, strength load in different conditions were achieved, the reasonability of the frame structure was tested, which provided the reference for its improvement. Through the improvement, it was tried to meet the light-weight requirements on the original basis so that the frame could satisfy the use requirement with its weight reduced as much as possible, and was of great help to improve performance. According to the computer simulation results, in corresponding of load conditions, the deformation of the vehicle frame is only 0.3 mm, the maximum stress is 23 MPa, the selected material can completely meet the requirements of design and use. After optimization of the frame, the deformation is only 0.08 mm, the maximum stress is only 15.7 MPa.
