百通沙棘茶调节血脂作用实验研究

摘    要:分低、中、高剂量组,给大鼠灌服高原圣果百通沙棘茶28d,同对照组比较,低、中、高剂量组正常,体重无显著差异;低、中、高剂量组血清TC平均下降百分率分别为10.1,15.3和15.8;低、中、高剂量组血清TG下降百分率分别为8.6,4.1和13.6;低、中、高剂量组血清HDL-C升高百分率分别为2.6,-2.6和-5.1。实验结果表明高原圣果百通沙棘茶能显著降低大鼠血清TC、TG水平,明显升高大鼠血清HDL-C水平,具有调节血脂作用。

Effect of‘Bai-tong' Seabuckthorn Tea on Lipemia

Abstract:Rats categorized as low,middle and high dose groups were fed continuously with'Gao Yuan Sheng Guo Bai Tong'tea during 28 days.Comparing the control,the avoirdupois of rats in three experimental groups were not varied obviously.The content of TC was decreased 10.1,15.3 and 15.8 percent respectively in low,middle and high dosage groups.And the content of TG was decreased 8.6,4.1 and 13.6 percent respectively in low middle and high dosage groops.The content of HDL-C were increased 2.6,-2.6 and -5.1 percent respectively in low middle and high dosage groups.The resulted showed the 'Gao Yuan Sheng Guo Bai Tong'tea could regulate the content of lipemia by decreasing the contents of TC and TG and increaseing the contents of HDL-C.
