摘    要:研究了4个刺槐Robina pseudoacacia无性系在土壤干旱胁迫条件下的生长和渗透调节能力的变化.结果表明:持续干旱胁迫明显抑制了刺槐无性系的生长,可溶性糖和脯氨酸质量分数增加,叶片水势降低,同时细胞膜透性和丙二醛质量摩尔浓度增加.对4个刺槐无性系渗透调节能力进行比较,发现无性系间存在差异,L1和L78渗透调节能力较强,W1和L59较差,渗透调节能力的高低与刺槐无性系生长、细胞膜损伤没有必然的关系.图5表3参20

Abstract:The growth and osmotic adjustment ability of four black locust clones were studied. The results showed that drought stress inhibited the growth of Robinia pseudoacacia clones, increased their soluble sugar as well as membrane permeability and content of proline,and decreased their water potential. Research found that R.pseudoacacia had strong ability to automatically adapt to drought stress, but the four clones had different pattern of adaptation. W_1 and L_1 protected cell membrane stability by increasing their activities of superoxiede dismutase(SOD),catalse(CAT)and peroxidase(POD), but L_(59) and L_(78) did so by improving their activities of SOD and CAT. W_1 and L_1 were more sensitive to drought stress than L_(59) and L_(78). The osmotic adjustment ability of black locust clones was almost irrelative to its growth and injury of cell membrane.
