| 摘 要： | 观察雌激素替代加局部疗法治疗绝经后老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法；绝经后老年性阴道炎１２５例随机分为两组；双重作用疗法组５４例，单纯局部疗法组７１例。结果；双重作用疗法组的治愈经为９４．５％，单纯局部疗法组为８８．７％，两组比较差异无显著性，但复发率单纯局部疗法组高达４３．５％，而双重作用疗法组仅为８．６％；

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of hormone replacement plus local therapy on senile vaginitis.Methods: 125 menopausal patients with vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups:combined therapy group (n = 54) received hormone replacement combined with local therapy and simple local therapygroup (n= 71 ). Results:The cure rates were 94.5 %and 88. 7 % in the two groups respective1y. No statistical difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05). The recurrence rate was significantly lowerin combined therapy group than that in simple local therapy (8. 6% vs 45. 3%,P<0.01 ). The rate ofameliorated constitutional symptoms was significantly higher in combined therapy group than that in simple local group(84. 1 % vs 13. 2%, P<0. 01). Conclusion: The hormone replacement combined with localtherapy for senile vaginitis might not only reduce the recurrence rate,but also ameliorate the symptomscaused by menopause. |
