摘    要:在排除迁移的条件下,研究了对氰戊菊酯抗性水平不同的棉铃虫越冬蛹的死亡率,并和点滴法测定了越冬前后群体的抗药性。结果表明:对氰戊菊酯性较高的东台品系,越冬死亡率也高,越冬后抗性水平有所下降;而抗性较低的南京品系,越冬死亡率低,越冬后抗性下下降不明显。说明越冬期间对氰戊菊酯抗性较高的棉铃虫蛹具有一定的适合度劣势。

Abstract:The mortalities of overwintering pupae of Helicoverpa armigera with different fenvalerate resistance levels were studied. Resistance was monitored with topical application method before and after overwintering. The results showed that the higher fenvalerate resistant population of Dongtai had higher mortality during overwintering period, and the RR value declined after overwintering. However the lower fenvalerate resistant population of Nanjing had lower mortality, and the RR value varied little. The fitness of overwintering pupae of Helicoverpa armigera with higher fenvalerate resistance level has some inferior position.
