摘    要:为了建立一种快速、准确测定黄瓜果实中霜霉威农药残留量的分析方法。采用将黄瓜果实经组织破碎,利用丙酮匀质提取,过脱水剂、硅化层析柱层析,旋转蒸发仪旋蒸近干,甲醇定容,用Rtx-1毛细色谱柱、FID检测器对其残留进行定量分析。结果表明,标样回收率为85%~94%,检出限为0.01mg/kg。此方法可快速、准确的测定出瓜类中的霜霉威残留量。

Abstract:Using gas chromatography to establish a rapid and accurate method to determinate of propamocarb pesticide residue in cucumber fruits.Cucumber fruit was broken,homogened and extracted by acetone,through dehydrating agent,silicification chromatography column,and dried by rotary evaporator,metered volume by methanol,Rtx-1 capillary column and FID detector were used to analyze the propamocarb pesticide residue.The results showed that the recovery of standard sample was 85%-94%,and the detection limit was 0.01 m...
