| 摘 要： | 随着经济的增长和社会的进步,我国的经济格局发生了天翻地覆的变化,动物性蛋白的需求不断提高。单一的品种和口味已经不能满足人们对于动物蛋白的需要。而今,随着国家乡村振兴的提出,城乡二元的并轨发展,应该对于食品动物的品种多元性重视,从而发现有经济价值的品种就显得尤为重要。本文就食品动物的品种资源化的商业化进行讨论。

| Abstract: | With the economic growth and social progress, China’s economic pattern has undergone tremendous changes, and the demand for animal protein has been increasing. A single variety and taste can no longer meet our needs for animal protein. Nowadays, with the proposal of the revitalization of the country and the parallel development of urban and rural areas, we should pay more attention to the variety of food animals, so it is particularly important to find varieties with economic value. This article discusses the commercialization of the variety of food animals. |
