摘    要:以食品质量与安全专业的《综合实训课程》为例,从课程目标、课程内容、教学方法、教学环节、教学评价和课外的创新创业教育六个方面,探索与创新创业教育的融合实践之路,以提升学生创新创业能力和创新思维。

Abstract:Taking the Comprehensive Training Course of Food Quality and Safety Specialty as an example,this paper explores the methods of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the professional courses in order to enhance students innovation and entrepreneurship ability and their innovative thinking from the following aspects: curriculum objectives,curriculum content,teaching methods,teaching links,teaching evaluation and extracurricular.
