生物降解玉米赤霉烯酮的优势及应用前景

摘    要:综述了玉米赤霉烯酮的主要危害和降解方法.通过对文献的分析,我们发现物理和化学降解法存在能耗高,破坏粮食品质等缺点,限制了其在实际生产中的应用,而生物降解法具有效率高、特异性强、对粮食品质无影响和环境无污染等优点,是具有广阔发展前景的绿色毒素降解方法.同时,还概括了生物降解玉米赤霉烯酮的主要作用机理,为后续相关的机理研究提供了一定的参考依据.

Abstract:In this paper,the main hazards and degradation methods of zearalenone are reviewed.According to the pre-liminary analysis of related literatures,there are some serious disadvantages of physical and chemical degradation methods such as high energy consumption and destruction of grain quality,which limits its application in actual production.The biological degradation method has the advantages of high efficiency,strong specificity,and no dam-age to the grain quality and environment.It is a green degradation method with broad development prospects.The main mechanism of biological degradation of zearalenone is also summarized in this paper,which provides some ref-erence for the further research.
