| 摘 要： | 以大赛内容为载体,重构实践教学体系,突出实践教学体系的标准化、技术性和实践性。深入分析赛项规程,对照赛项所依据的国家标准,对考核重点进行解析,总结提炼出农产品加工与质量检测专业核心技能体系。在大赛视角下的农产品加工与质量检测专业核心技能体系基础上,创新设计实践教学环节。以技能大赛专业核心技能为引领,进行实践教学环节考核评价改革。

| Abstract: | Taking the competition“Quality and Safety Inspection of Agricultural Products”as an example,this paper reconstructs the teaching system of practical teaching,which emphasizes the standardization,technology and practicality of the practice teaching system.In contrast to the national standards,the author put forward the core skill systems of agricultural product quality inspection.In the view of competition and on the basis of the core skill system,the author introduces the methods of practice teaching design. |
