高职教育专业人才培养方案质量诊断指标体系的建立

摘    要:专业人才培养方案是高职院校培养专门人才的实施方案,为高质量完成人才培养工作提供途径和方法。高职教育实用性人才的培养必须以毕业生就业岗位需求为基础,确定培养目标、建立课程体系、以真实的工作或生产项目为载体完成教学内容、校企合作共同完成人才培养全过程。可以从制定依据、就业岗位、课程体系、项目体系和实践体系等方面实施诊断工作,保证人才培养方案质量。

Abstract:The training program of professional talents is the implementation program of training professional talents in higher vocational colleges,which provides the way and method for the high-quality completion of the training work.The training of practical talents in higher vocational education must be based on the employment demand of graduates to determine the training objectives,establish the curriculum system,complete the teaching content with real work or production projects as the carrier,and complete the whole process of personnel training with school-enterprise cooperation.Diagnostic work can be carried out from the aspects of establishment of basis,employment position,curriculum system,project system and practice system to ensure the quality of talent training program.
