山西省灰霉病菌对乙霉威的抗性监测

摘    要:对分离到的188个灰霉病菌菌株BotrytiscinereaPers.]进行了乙霉威的抗性监测。用MIC法测出乙霉威敏感菌株114个,抗性菌株74个,并测定了4地区的抗性频率。毒力测定结果显示:敏感菌株的平均EC50值为0 0085μg·mL-1,EC90值为0 2596μg·mL-1;抗性菌株的平均EC50值为1 5563μg·mL-1,EC90值为3 0512μg·mL-1;抗性菌株的抗性倍数为183 09倍。晋北、晋中、晋东南和晋南的抗性频率分别为0%、26 0%、51 6%和52 3%。从山西省四大地区抗性监测结果看,晋南和晋东南抗性较强,晋中和晋北则相对较弱。

Abstract:Resistance of 188 isolates of \%B. cinerea\%,collected from Shanxi province, to diethofencarb (NPC) was tested. 114 sensitive isolates and 74 resistant isolates to diethofencarb were attained. Resistance frequencies of four regions were also tested.The results of toxicity showed that average EC50 and EC90 values of sensitive isolates were \{00085 μg·mL-1\} and 02596 μg·mL-1 ,that those of resistant isolates were 15563 μg·mL-1and \{30512 μg·mL-1.\} Resistance ratios were 18309 folds. Resistance frequencies of four regions are separately 0%,260%, 516% and 523%. With regard to the resistance in four regions, they are stronger in the south and the southeast of Shanxi, and weaker in the north and the center of Shanxi province.
