摘    要:在中国高等院校不断走向科研自主的时代,科研创新型教师成为体现高等院校核心价值的主要载体,也自然成为各个高等院校人力资源管理工作的重点对象。本文通过对心理契约的概念分析和对科研创新型教师特征的分析,有针对性地提出了建构我国高等院校与科研创新型教师之间心理契约的方法。

Abstract:When the colleges in China have came into the independent scientific researching era,the innovative researching teachers who carry the core values of the colleges have become the key targets of the human resources management.Based on the concept of psychological contract and the analysis of characteristics of innovative researching teachers,the means of how to build the psychological contract between China's colleges and the innovative researching teachers are given.
