| 摘 要： | 本试验研究了大约克夏猪的磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)与其耐热、耐粗饲性能的关系,探讨了血清酶活力在猪的生产和育种中的应用。结果表明:这三种血清酶有较强的稳定性,且对逆境中的大约克夏猪有较强的耐热、耐粗饲性,生产性能表现也良好,可考虑选择应用于生产和育种。

| Abstract: | This experiment studies the relationship of the motility of creatine phosphate kinase,lactic dehydrogenase and isoenzyme of alkaline phosphatase in the serum of the Yorkshires with its heat-resistance and roughage-resistance.It also discusses the application of serum motility to pig production and breeding.The result shows that the stability of the three seroenzymes stated above is comparatively higher,which enables the Yorkshires to have a strong ability to resist heat and roughage.It's been proved effective and efficient in practice and can be applied to pig production and breeding. |
