| 摘 要： | 国际竹类栽培品种登录园(ICRGB)是国际竹类栽培品种登录体系建设与发展的重要基础性环节,是国际竹类栽培品种登录中心(ICRCB)授权集中保存世界各地竹栽培品种活体标本的专门设施与场所。一个合格的国际竹类栽培品种登录园,应当能够满足竹种质资源的收集、竹栽培品种活体标本的保存、竹品种的繁殖和定向培育、优质竹品种的展示和宣传、竹品种国际登录的技术服务等专业功能需求。根据国际惯例,申请者需向ICRCB提交申请书和承诺书,只有当ICRCB组织专家进行实地考察并正式批准后,才能合法设立和建设ICRGB。文章详细介绍了ICRGB的概念、基本功能以及如何申请、规划建设及日常的管理任务等,可为相关机构申请建立ICRGB提供参考。

| Abstract: | The International Cultivar Registration Garden for Bamboos (ICRGB) is the significant foundation for the development of the international cultivar registration system for bamboos. It is also the special facility and place to preserve living specimens of bamboo cultivars around the world, which is authorized by the International Cultivar Registration Center for Bamboos (ICRCB). An eligible ICRGB should meet the requirements of bamboo germplasm collection, living materials preservation, cultivars reproduction and directional breeding, excellent cultivars exhibition and advertisement, as well as technique service for international cultivars registration service. According to the international conventions, an applicant should submit application forms and commitment letter to ICRCB. ICRGB can be legally established and constructed only after the ICRCB assigns the experts to investigate the place and relevant facilities and gives the approval. The paper introduced in detail the concepts, basic functions and the application formality, planning and construction process and routine management of a ICRGB, which could be used as references for relevant bodies to apply for the ICRGB establishment. |
