豌豆鲜食高产高效栽培技术研究

摘    要:鲜食豌豆营养丰富、风味独特、色泽诱人,倍受人们青睐,市场需求不断增加,栽培面积逐年扩大,但是鲜食豌豆生产产量低,效益较差,针对此问题进行了豌豆鲜食高产高效栽培技术研究,总结提出“避免重茬,选用优种,增施农肥,化控除草,适期分批采收”等综合技术,提高了鲜食豌豆的产量和经济效益。

Abstract:Fresh pea, rich in nutrients and flavour, with attractive appearance, is becoming a favorite vegetable for consumers. Its market demand is increasing, which led to its increasing cultivation area. However, its yield is low and it is not so profitable. To solve these problems, we developed a integrated strategy: avoiding repetitive cultivation, using the best cultivars, applying more manure, controlling weeds using herbicides, harvest periodically. Using these techniques we increased the yield and the profit.
