常州市芙蓉大圩最优水面率研究

摘    要:苏南城市化进程迅速,圩区水面率对于当地的城市规划、城市防洪除涝保安全十分重要。以常州市芙蓉大圩为例,提出了工程总费用现值最少为目标函数,考虑生态需水、蓝线控制、泵站建设等约束的圩区城镇最优水面率非线性规划模型,对常州市芙蓉大圩进行优化计算,最优水面率为10.4%,该方法可供苏南圩区水系规划参考。

Abstract:Regions in southern Jiangsu province are on the course of rapid urbanization,thus the surface water ratio of the polder is of vital importance to the local city layout,flood control and drainage layout to ensure the city security.Taking Furong Large Polder in Changzhou as an example,the paper presents the non-linear programming model on the optimal surface water ratio,which takes present value of construction cost as objective function and takes ecology water requirement,blue line control,pumping station construction,etc.as constrains.Through the optimization calculation,it's obtained that the optimal surface water ratio is 10.4% of Furong Large Polder.It offers a good reference to the water system layout of polder in southern Jiangsu province.
