宁夏彭阳县可持续发展研究

摘    要:目的]利用生态足迹模型核算自然资产,测量和比较人类经济系统对自然生态系统服务的需求和自然生态系统的承载力之间差距。方法]采用生态足迹的方法,对宁夏彭阳县1994~2004年的生态足迹进行了计算。结果]彭阳县人均生态足迹一直呈现增长的态势,从1994年的0.9054383 hm2增加到2004年的1.262146 hm2,增加了39.4%。与全球、全国及西部(12)省分析比较表明,宁夏彭阳县1999年的人均生态足迹需求高于全国乃至西北(12)省区,低于全球的人均生态足迹需求。结论]宁夏彭阳县在全球范围内处于生态可持续发展状态,但在全国及区域尺度上,彭阳县这些年来处于不可持续发展的趋势中,生态系统的压力较大。万元GDP生态足迹也远高于全球及全国的水平,说明彭阳县的资源利用效益较低。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to measure and compare the difference between the natural eco-system service need of humankind economic system and the load capacity of natural eco-system through accounting the natural assets with ecological footprint model.Method] The ecological footprint of Pengyang county in Ningxia in 1994~2004 was calculated by ecological footprint method.Result] The per capita ecological footprint of Pengyang county was all through on the increasing trend from 0.905 438 3 hm2 in 1994 to 1.262 146 hm2 in 2004,being increased by 39.4%.Compared with the whole globe,whole country and western 12 provinces,the per capita ecological footprint need of Pengyang county in Ningxia in 1999 was higher than that of the whole country and northwest 12 provinces,but lower than that of the whole globe.Conclusion] Pengyang county in Ningxia was in the state of ecological sustained-development on the whole globe scale,but it was in the trend of unsustainable development on the scale of the whole country and region.Its ecological system pressure was more and the GDP ecological footprint per 10 000 yuan was much higher than the level of the whole globe and whole country,indicating that the resource utilization efficiency of Pengyang county was lower.
