日粮营养水平对杂交商品猪生长性能及胴体肉品质的影响

摘    要:选择体重35 kg左右的杂交商品猪36头,随机分为3个组,采食3种营养水平的日粮,研究营养水平对试验猪的生长肥育性能及胴体肉品质的影响。结果表明:营养水平对试验猪的日增重、饲料报酬和肉质无明显影响,对背膘厚和后腿比例影响显著。利用综合选择指数就各营养水平对试验猪的影响进行综合评定,结果显示:在35~100 kg体重阶段,高营养水平对杜莱商品猪的作用效果最好。

Abstract:The crossbred pigs with body weight of about 35 kg were divided randomly into three experimental groups,were fed by three nutrition levels of diets respectively.The effects of different nutrition levels on growth performance,carcass performance and meat quality of finishing pigs were studied.The results showed that the effects of nutrition level on average daily gain(ADG),feed conversion rate(FCR) and meat quality had no significant difference;on fatback thickness and ham percent were significant.Composite selection index was used to evaluate the effect of nutrition level on finishing pigs,the results showed that the effect of high nutrition level on crossed finishing pigs was the best during body weight of 35~100 kg.
