13个小麦品种(系)的耐盐性研究

摘    要:目的]比较13个小麦品种的耐盐性.方法]以13个耐盐性不同的小麦品种(系)种子为材料,用不同浓度Na2SO4(Na2SO4浓度分别为0.5;、1.0;、1.2;、1.4;和1.6;)胁迫处理后,测量小麦种子的发芽率、胚芽长度、相对盐害率.结果]重庆4号、99110 -26的半致死浓度高于1.6;;加163、重庆3号、新冬22号、新冬26号、99034、新冬17号、晋麦31、豫4110的半致死浓度为1.6;;鲁23、中国春、新冬18号的半致死浓度大致为1.4;.结论]13个小麦品种(系)的耐盐性依次为:99110 -26>重庆4号>加163>重庆3号>新冬22号>新冬26号>99034>新冬17号>晋麦31>豫4110>鲁23>中国春>新冬18号.

Abstract:【Objective】The purpose of this project is to compare the salt-tolerance of these thirteen wheat varieties.【Method】The seeds of thirteen different wheat varieties were taken as testing materials.These materials were stressed by the Na2SO4(the Na2SO4'Salt concentration is 0.5%,1.0%,1.2%,1.4% and 1.6%).After stress,seed germination rate,germ length and relative salt-harm rate were measured.【Result】The result shows that different wheat varieties can endure different harms by Na2SO4 stress.The half to death concentration of Chongqing 4 and 99110-26 is higher than 1.6%.The half to death concentration of Jia 163,Chongqing 3,Xindong 22,Xindong 26,99034,Xindong 17,Jinmai 31 and Yu 4110 is 1.6%.The half to death concentration of Lu 23,Zhongguochun and Xindong 18 is 1.4%.【Conclusion】The salt-tolerance of these thirteen wheat varieties in order of strength is 99110-26 > Chongqing 4>Jia 163 > Chongqing 3 > Xindong22>Xindong26>99034>Xindong17>Jinmai>31>Yu4110>Lu23>Zhongguochun>Xindong 18.
