牡丹及其栽培品系种的染色体组型

摘    要:作者对牡丹的一个原始种及6个栽培品系进行了染色体的观察和组型分析,结果查明它们均为二倍体。这些品种与原始种间虽然在外部形态上及花型结构上有明显差异,但在染色体组型上表现差异甚微。5个栽培品种和1个原始种均由4对中部着丝点染色体及1对近端着丝点染色体组成,而另一栽培品种“青龙卧墨池”则由3对中部着丝点染色体,1对近中着丝点染色体及1对近端着丝点染色体组成。作者认为这些品种在核型上所表现的差异与花型结构上的差异并无相关性,与花型的演进也无关联。此外,还观察了体细胞染色体联合现象,联合百分率为28.7%。


KARYOTYPES OF THE TREE PEONY(PAEONIA SUFFRUTICOSA) AND ITS CULTIVARS
Abstract:Karyotypes of the tree paeony (Paeonia suffruticosa) species and its 5 Cultvars have been microscopically examined both cultivars and the original species are proved to be diploides with the only exception of Shou An-hong,being a triploid.Althouge the original species and the cultivars,have shown diversity in morphological features and flower types,no distinct differences in their karyotypes can be mode.There is close relation existing between the indistinct variation in karyotypes and that in the flower types.Association of chromosome in somatic cells was also noted.Percentage of association is 28.7%.
