番茄与茄子离体嫁接试验

摘    要:以番笳和茄子为试验材料,采用离体嫁接的方法,研究了不同砧穗组合和激素配比对嫁接成活率的影响,并对嫁接接合部组织的分化和变异进行了探索.结果表明,以番茄作砧木,茄子作接穗的砧穗组合在MS 6-BA 0.1 mg/L KT0.1mg/L IBA 0.05mg/L培养基上的嫁接成活率最高,接穗生长量最大:嫁接接合部组织在不同培养基上分化变异不同,其中在MS 6-BA1.0 mg/L ZT 2.0 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L和MS 6-BA 2.0 mg/L IAA 0.2 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L培养基上嫁接接合部愈伤组织分化率最高,为60.0%;在MS 6-BA 1.0 mg/L ZT 0.5 mg/L IAA 0.2 mg/L和MS 6-BA 2.0 mg/L IAA 0.2 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L培养基上分化的芽出现变异,变异率为3.3%.

Abstract:In order to establish a successful graft technique for tomato and eggplant,a preliminary study on combinations of grafting parents and external hormonal solutions was carried out through in vitro grafting.Based on it,the differentiation and variation of graft unions were studied.The results showed that using tomato seedlings as rootstocks obviously improved grafting survival rate,especially in MS 6-BA 0.1 mg/L KT 0.1 mg/L IBA 0.05 mg/L.Different medium could induce different rates of shoots from the tissues of graft unions.Some buds were identified as variation by means of morphological identification.The best medium for bud differentiation was MS 6-BA 1.0 mg/L ZT 2.0 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L and MS 6-BA 2.0 mg/L IAA 0.2 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L,the survival rate could reach 60%.But in MS 6-BA 1.0 mg/L ZT 0.5 mg/L IAA 0.2 mg/L and MS 6-BA 2.0 mg/L IAA 0.2 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L,the buds variated and the variation rate was 3.3%.
