摘    要:目的]为了研究不同天数的昼间亚高温处理对番茄产量与品质的影响,以确定对番茄生产造成明显影响的具体亚高温天数。方法]以番茄生长发育适宜温度的上限35℃为亚高温,以昼温25℃为对照,在番茄植株第1花序开花时进行5、10、15、20、25、30、35和40 d的昼间亚高温处理,研究不同天数的昼间亚高温处理对日光温室番茄坐果率、果肉品质与产量的影响。结果]经5 d的35℃昼间亚高温处理,番茄产量降低32.62%,坐果率明显降低,平均单果重、糖酸比下降,空洞果比例明显增加。亚高温处理的天数越长,果实产量越低、品质越差。结论]该研究为温差较大地区番茄的生产管理提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of treatments with sub-high temperature for different days on tomato yield and quality and confirm the concrete days with sub-high temperature that caused obvious effects on the production of tomato.Method] Taking the upper limit(35 ℃) of the suitable temperature for tomato growth as sub-high temperature and using day temperature 25 ℃ as CK,tomato plants were treated with sub-high temperature of daytime for 5,10,15,20,25,30,35 and 40 d when the fist inflorescence bloomed.And the effects of sub-high temperature of daytime for different days on fruit-setting rate,pulp quality and yield of tomato in greenhouse were studied.Result] After treatment of sub-high temperature(35 ℃) of daytime for 5 d,tomato yield were decreased by 32.62%,the fruit-setting rate was decreased significantly,average weight of single fruit and the ratio of sugar to acid were reduced and the proportion of cavity fruit was increased obviously. The more days the treatment with sub-high temperature were,the lower the yield and quality were.Conclusion] The research provided the basis for tomato production and management in greater temperature-difference areas.
