高温热处理对樟子松板材物理力学性能影响的研究

摘    要:分别采用170、190、210℃三组处理温度对樟子松板材进行了高温热处理工艺试验,并对处理材和对照样进行了物理、力学性能测试:高温热处理工艺使樟子松木材的绝干密度下降、吸湿性降低,对其抗弯强度亦有较大影响,且此影响随温度升高而增大;对于抗弯弹性模量、顺纹抗压强度、表面硬度三项指标则基本无影响.在常规使用环境下,由于处理材与对照样之间存在含水率差异,除了210℃处理材的抗弯弹性模量、顺纹抗压强度、表面硬度比对照样略小外,170℃和190℃处理材的三项指标均不同程度高于对照样.

Abstract:A certain numbers of Mongolian Scotch Pine Lumber were high temperature heat treated at 170℃, 190℃, 210℃ respectively, then the effects of the heat treatment on the physical-mechanical proper-ties of Mongolian Scotch Pine Lumber were investigated. Results showed that the oven dry density, hygroseop-ieity and MOR of the treated lumber were all less than those of the reference ( untreated), and the higher the treatment temperature, the lower those properties. On the contrary, the treatment temperature had no obvious effect on MOE, the compressive strength parallel to grain and the surface hardness. Because of existanee of moisture content difference between treated lumber and the reference, MOE, the compressive strength parallel to grain and surface hardness of treated lumber at 170℃, 190℃ were more or less higher than those of the ref-erence in common use condition, except those of the treated lumber at 210℃ were a little lower.
