水利工程施工机电设备节省电能研究

摘    要:大多水利工程施工用的塔吊、电焊机、对焊机、物料提升机、灰浆机、潜水泵、震捣器、钢筋切断机、钢筋调直机、打夯机等机电设备,承建单位一般仅考虑施工的效率,忽视了机电设备的节电效益。开展对对焊机的空载节电、拖动用电动机的软启动节电研究,是水利工程承建单位获取综合效益的又一途径。

Abstract:most of the water conservancy project with the construction of tower, electric welding machine, welding machine, material hoist, mortar machine, submerged pumps, earthquakes, steel cutting machine, steel straightening machine, rammers and other electrical and mechanical equipment, generally builders consider the efficiency of construction, ignoring the mechanical and electrical equipment power saving. Research on electric power saving of no load and driving motive power of soft start saving, is another way for water conservancy project builders getting comprehensive benefits.
