| 摘 要： | 为筛选出较适合培育组培香蕉苗的椰糠规格,本文研究了6种不同规格的椰糠基质对组培香蕉苗的影响.结果表明,不同规格椰糠基质对组培香蕉苗茎粗、株高、叶宽、叶片数、地上部鲜干重和地下部鲜千重影响显著；通过“壮苗指数”法对不同规格椰糠基质的应用效果进行评估,以含椰丝量较少的椰糠基质(处理2)为最佳.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the effects of six different specifications of coconut coir cultivation on the growth of tissue culture banana seedlings were analyzed to screen out the suitable specifications of coconut coir cultivation.The result showed that there were significant effect in different specifications of coconut coir media on stem diameter,plant height,leaf width,leaf number,aboveground fresh weight,underground fresh weight,.which were evaluated by seedling quality index and the best one was with less coconut ... |
