摘    要:水体的水文条件、污染物降解系数、水质浓度、排污口概化方式等是影响纳污能力的参数。论文分析了各参数的不确定性特征,从理论上阐述了它们的影响机理,并通过实例定量分析了排污口概化方式、水文条件、降解系数、水质浓度等对纳污能力的影响。结果表明,在设计流量一定的情况下:采用均匀概化和中断面集中概化两种方式计算的纳污能力较为接近;采用集中概化方式进行计算时,纳污能力随概化点源到末断面距离的增加呈指数增长。目标水质浓度、初始水质浓度、降解系数和设计流速对纳污能力影响程度依次减弱。

Abstract:The hydrologic conditions, degradation coefficients of the pollutants, pollutant concentration and the generalization of the sewage outlet are the parameters which influence the precision of Assimilative Capacity. The paper discusses the uncertainties of these parameters, analyses the influence mechanism to Assimilative Capacity theoretically. Taking a water zone as example, the quantitative influence of the sewage outlet generalization, hydrologic conditions, degradation coefficients and the pollutant concentration to Assimilative Capacity are calculated separately. When the design discharge is given a fixed value, the conclusions can be drawn as follows: Assimilative Capacity calculated in which the sewage outlet is generalized to intensively distributed is close to that of the sewage outlet generalized to evenly distributed, and Assimilative Capacity increases with the distance between generalization point and the end section in an exponential type when the sewage outlet is generalized to intensively distributed; the target pollutant concentration in water body and the initial pollutant concentration have bigger influence to Assimilative Capacity; the influences of the degradation coefficients of the pollutants and the flow velocity are weaker compared to the pollutant concentration.
