| 摘 要： | 随着Web2.0技术的发展,SNS的使用已经成为信息服务的有效模式,用户可以与自己有着共同兴趣爱好的其它用户进行互动交流,突破传统高校图书馆“单一化”、“发布式”的信息服务。SNS通过互联网及信息技术手段帮助图书馆实现了“以人为本”、“人际互动”的服务目标。
